Mr.Wong's Birthday^^

Another year passed so fast.. is your birthday again..
I still remember we was in Taiwan during your last year birthday.. Celebrate with your buddy Bill & his sister together. Only have a "Devil Cake" from Bill. He was purposely walk here and there to look for the best cake for you. But right now is another year.. Times flies..

This year i'm officially be Mrs.Wong to celebrate your birthday with you. Within one year, that is lot of changes within us. From our couple relationship change into marriage life. Although not much changes, but you have to take good care of me than before OK?

Alright, let's back to the birthday celebration. I secretly invited your buddies to join us the birthday dinner. Everyone was excited on it cause we took so long time never gather together. I think the last time we hang out together is the new year eve party in Pahang. But, some of them can't make it to the dinner. Brandon & Sylvia, Simon & Peck Lee, Chew & Funn, so hope to see you all again on the next gathering.

Mr.Wong didn't know what is the birthday plan, because I just told him I wanna treat him a birthday dinner. He seem like excited and full of curious on the arrangement. End up, I bring him to a new restaurant in Section 17 @ PJ, it named Soleil Restaturant. It is a modern European restaurant. The decoration simple and nice. Feel warm and comfortable. When we reached there, all his buddies already inside the restaurant. When he saw, he is like Why? How? What? All the questions to me...  All the buddies said to him: "Surprise!!". Mr.Wong was like fridge and stun over there. haha.. funny expression he got. He started to blamed on me, why all the buddies are here, when you invited them, who else coming... and bla bla bla. So many question. I just don't care and just ignore all his question.

We worried can't finished the food, so we decided to order one main course and one signature dinner set. The dinner set is come with the starter, main course and dessert. At first, they served with Soleil's own baked bread rolls. And secondly was served our starter is marinated crab meat with momotaro tomatoes & basil sorbet. Continue to serve with our main course dishes- steak. Lastly they served with the dessert, tiramisu cake.

Between, our gang chill over there after the dinner with the precious wine. Hang out with the laughter was the best... Sang the birthday song together with the gang to Mr.Wong. I can felt his happiness from the bottom of his heart. Ok, photo session time with the birthday boy^^

Artisan Roast HQ

Weekend always the best to hang out with friend for chit chat session.
Well, I'm dated with my BFF to have a coffee and hang around in Artisan Roast HQ.
This is my first time to be here.. is quite interesting cafe. Hiding inside the industry area and you never aspect there is a coffee cafe over there. Is somewhere nearby Jaya One which is located in PJ.

When we just enter the cafe, the smell so good on the coffee. If you are the coffee lover, you might get excited on it. The staffs are friendly and attentive. The barista asked me about my preference, which is i prefer more on latte. But yesterday I was try something different on it.

 This is the order counter in the cafe, looks well unique with the wooden menu sign on hang. 

 The coffee bar for barista to make the excellent coffee. And the self service corner for customer to get the 

sugar, syrup or honey. And another corner for  water refiled just next to the coffee bar.

Full of customer during the weekend and behind is the bar for the Artisan brew bar 

where the syphon, coffee drippers and aeropress reside.

What I'm trying the on yesterday?? Tadaa.. is Affogato Coffee. What is Affogato? It is a coffee based beverage. It usually takes the form of a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a shot of a hot espresso. So it tasted very strong coffee. And I also order a cheese cake.

My BFF was ordered a filter coffee. The Artisan barista was explain to us how it works to become a filter coffee. She said this is a very simple way to come up a very nice coffee. Asked us to try it up^^ Get ready of the your favourite coffee with hot water, Especially the filter paper with cover, that is the main key of the filter coffee. After poured the hoter water, and just turn up & down and press hard. The coffee will dropped out. This is the Filter Coffee^^

- Enjoyed with the coffee and cheese cake -

Besides on the coffee and the cake. We ordered The Last Polka ice cream in Salted Gula Melaka flavour. This is a homemade ice cream in  KL. It's made with 100% natural ingredients, and they combine the French-style ice cream with the regional Asian flavours that we love.
