United Bear

Visited United Bear on last week @ Pavilion,

There was 143 Buddy Bears are in town at Pavilion KL,

the United Buddy Bears had made its way to the 23rd stop of the world tour in Malaysia,

as the 19th city visited and traveled by the Buddy Bears; 

over five continents where more than 25 milion people around the world had the opportunity to admire the bears.

Themed "The Art of Tolerance", 

the United Buddy Bears World Tour will be spreading the message of peace, love,friendship and international understanding as well as raising funds to aid children's relief organizations in ever country they visit.

The International artists' different styles are joined together in one work of art, spreading zest of life. 

Visitors are able to experience the journey around the globe with diverse design of Buddy Bears as each bear are individually designed by artist of the respective country.

There is so crowded, and everyone wanted to take photo with the different bear.

Therefore, hardly take photo with each bear, and I just pick some bears I like the most for take photo.

Sleepless Night @.@

Once of the sleepless night I had yesterday,
Gastric is killed me for the whole night.
Didn't sleep well, keep suffer in pain.
After medication, it still the same... PAIN!!

Until this morning, times up to wake up for work,
I'm like a Zombie driving all the way to work,
really feel the pain and the suffer even already suffer for the whole night.

After reach office, feel like no energy at all and the gastric pain is still with me.
Beside gastric, headache is followed me as well..
Such a suffer morning, all pain come together.

I think I have to rest at home today.
No Gym, No Outing today...

Such a wonderful Saturday morning that I had...
Have a morning jog with my little bro..
Se rounded of fresh air, won't like exercise in the fitness centre,
indoor without sunshine and full of air conditioner.
